Product Description

What material is the timing pulley made of: Since the timing pulley is an important component, it is generally made of steel, aluminum, alloy cast iron and brass. The general use of the place is not the same, the final choice of materials will be different. Of course, our parts will also undergo some special treatment before use, such as natural oxidation, galvanizing, high frequency quenching and so on.

What are the characteristics of synchronous pulleys:

Its transmission is accurate, there will be no sliding when working, and it has a certain transmission ratio. Therefore, the transmission system of the synchronous pulley is particularly stable and has a certain buffer. Not only can it absorb shock, but the noise it produces is particularly low.

As we all know, the transmission efficiency of the synchronous pulley is relatively high, generally up to 0.98, so its energy saving effect is also obvious. Because it is easier to repair in the factory and generally does not require lubrication, its cost is relatively low.

How to choose timing pulley

1. When selecting the model, it is first necessary to determine the number of teeth, pitch diameter and structure of the required synchronous wheel product according to the tooth model of the synchronous belt and the synchronous pulley, as well as the relevant meshing parameters such as the pitch of the synchronous belt and the synchronous wheel.

2. the calculation of the number of teeth and diameter of the synchronous wheel, first need to the number of teeth of the small synchronous wheel, and then determine the number of teeth of the large synchronous wheel according to the transmission ratio of the synchronous wheel transmission system.

3. in order to ensure the service life of the synchronous wheel, the diameter of the small synchronous wheel should be smaller than the synchronous wheel, the allowable bending diameter is large, and then the number of small teeth of the synchronous wheel is calculated according to the data. In the case of structure and cost, considering the service life of the synchronous belt and other factors, it is ideal that the number of small synchronous gear teeth needs to be slightly larger than the allowable size.

4. When the number of teeth of the small synchronous wheel is determined, the number of teeth of the large synchronous wheel is determined according to the transmission ratio of the synchronous wheel transmission system, and finally the center distance between the two synchronous wheels is determined according to the transmission structure of the synchronous wheel.
